If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, send it back for exchange or refund within 14 days from the date you receive it. Returns must be in pristine condition, accompanied by the packing slip. S&P charges are non-refundable unless you are exchange for another size. We are happy to pay for to exchange a shoe size for you. You can email [email protected]. Holiday returns must be returned by the first Friday in January. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift card.

If the item is an exchange, Monkeys of Aspen will ship the exchanged item (s) to the customer via standard 5-7 days shipping without any charge to the customer.
